  I've visited Planet Wings in Newburgh and expected the same service & offerings at this location but got something different.  First off they don't have order by numbers and if they did it wasn't presented or obvious.  Maybe those fast food chains have me conditioned to the number system but the Newburgh store has order by number so I'm used to that.  The most obvious is that this place is way overpriced!!
  
  I got two philly cheese steaks and one hamburger with one 12 oz bottle of soda for a whopping $27!!  I got no fries or extras and could have gotten 3 value meals at McDonalds for that same price with fries/beverages.
  
  I really like Planet Wings because my food wasn't terrible but damn the prices are insane at this store.  If I didn't have a credit card in my pocket I would have had to leave behind my first born.

  I will never buy anything here again!!!  First i called for delivery and they told me i was out of range. I explained they have delivered to my home before.  The kid repeated again i was out of range.  I live 1.9 miles from the restaurant. He ask another employee and he tells me they can deliver. Okay I order 4 things; 2 orders of traditional wings, boneless wings and nachos.  Ask the kid to repeat the order.  Order was correct.  It was delivered within 20 minutes.  I check the order and no boneless wings.  I check the receipt and i was charged for them.  I call them back and tell them the boneless wings were missing.  They apologize and said the kid will bring them back out. okay no problem.  I look at the other food and it was horrible.  The wings were very, very small.  The nachos had very little beef, about 10 chips and no cheese.  I call back a third time and explain the nachos are unacceptable.  I tell the kid it is basically 10 chips with lettuce.  I asked for a new order to be made.  The delivery guy comes back to my house with the boneless wings and container of nacho cheese! I ask him what the cheese is for and he said the nachos. I said to him the nachos were gross and we asked for a new order. He said he was told they cannot make new ones!  I call back a fourth time and I'm told the cook said he made them right and they cannot be remade.  Are u serious?????  I ask to speak to the manager. I wait several minutes and the call is disconnected. I call back and no one answered the phone.  
  We spent $45.00 on food that was ineatable and the worst customer service i have ever experienced.  Will never go back.

  Only because i called and the kid who answered the phone had me repeat my easy order more than 5 times and still didn't get the order right. I also wanted pizza and he told me i have to call the other side. So.. by the time i found the phone number for the other side, my wing order was done and the pizza wasn't. I don't want cold wings and hot pizza. I cannot believe the person on the phone. He needs to be properly trained and also need to be more professional. Unbelievable!! The wings here are really good and I'm very disappointed in the service today i got over the phone.

  I will never go there again!!!!  The wings were extremely small, doesn't have any flavor to it but Frank's red hot, food handlers were eating behind the counter while handling food and it's basically a waste of money and time. You'll get much better wings from the froze food isle rather than this place.

  Ridiculous prices  for such tiny wings. Paid over $18 for wings that were tiny and practically without meat on them. I won't go back. The sauce they used was a bit tasteless too. There's got to be better wings than these.
